1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times might be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience during such times.

2. Shipping Destinations

Brand Mafias currently ships to all serviceable locations within India.

3. Shipping Charges

There is no Shipping charges.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Please check our website for current offers.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-7 business days
  • Other Major Cities: 5-9 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities and Rural Areas: 7-12 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, logistical delays, or local delivery issues.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track the status of your order by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your tracking number.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Brand Mafias is based in India. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) for orders within India. There will be no additional customs or import duties for domestic shipments.

7. Damages

Brand Mafias is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hi@brandmafias.com or +91 82860 03376. We will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement, as per our discretion and the courier’s policy.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
