Refund & Cancellation Policy for Brand Mafias

At Brand Mafias, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel an order or return a product. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer Initiated Cancellations

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number via email at hi@brandmafias.com or WhatsApp at +91 82860 03376.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the order and then initiate a return as per our Refund Policy below. Please note, shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded for such cases.

1.2 Brand Mafias Initiated Cancellations

Brand Mafias reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Non-serviceable delivery locations.

In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within  7-10 business days.

2. Refund Policy (Returns)

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

2.1 Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Received Damaged or Defective: If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product significantly differs from the description or image on our website.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hi@brandmafias.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 82860 03376 within the stipulated return period.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, defective), and attach clear photos or a video of the product highlighting the issue, if applicable.
  3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Pack the Item: If your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging along with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  5. Ship the Item: We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the item back to us. In such cases, please ensure to use a reliable courier service with tracking. Shipping costs for returns due to product damage/defect/incorrect item will be borne by Brand Mafias. For returns due to change of mind, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2.3 Refunds Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT/UPI. You will be required to provide your bank account details (Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for the refund.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any, paid at the time of purchase) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

2.4 Exchanges

Exchange/Replaced products will be delivered within 7-8 business days

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi@brandmafias.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 82860 03376.

3. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
